Apart from the fact that this device is way past its end of support life, and, if used in a production environment, should really be considered to be replaced with something more modern and supportable, the error is suggesting that the device cannot send its feedback to a management server via HTTP. You'll need to check that the correct server is specified in the configuration and that it is actually reachable using HTTP (it may be set to use HTTPS only).
