iptv3426/ondemand mpg4 streaming

I tried to stream a prerecorded mp4 video that was purchased from a third party I recieve a error message sample rate of encoded datadoes not match input sample rate.Ihave no video or audio using the iptv plugin or viewer.tried creating a sdp file and playing it with quicktime player had good audio but still no video any ideas

Only hinted .mov or .mp4 files can be streamed by the Cisco Streaming Engine. Programs based on other media file formats will not appear in the IP/TV Viewer and Program Guide listings.
