Help needed!
It seems tht a previous employee demoted the default "admin" user to a role of "user" which does not allow me full access to the devices configuration. Additionally, logging in via SSH yields the same user permission error when attempting to perform a factory default that way. The root user is not configured either. I know there is a physical method to factory reset the C20....but what about the C40?
Any assistance is highly appreciated,
