ISDN License (512 kbps 2B + D) for Tandberg Edge95 MXP

I have Tandberg Edge95 with MS and 2 Mbps IP bandwidth. Now I want to buy ISDN 2B + D 512 kbps license. I check on CCW but I don't see pricelist for this license option.

How to buy ISDN license for this Edge95? Please help me!

1155971:T Edge 95 MXP 0/2M sw option

1155972:Edge 95 MXP bw option 512k ISDN/ 2M IP
