IX5000 Live Desk feature

I just installed an IX5000 and the live desk function is not working. When I look at the CLI for the endpoint it shows in the config file but does not work. A bug search show a bug in IX8.0.1 code ( CSCuq05087 ) that says this bug is fixed but does not say what version it is fixed in. So question is has this been fixed? Work Around?

Hi,

 

It seems public view of bug has not been updated; however this defect will be resolved in 8.1.0 version.
