Hi Community,

I'am currently encountering some issue with Jabber when i tried to call outside, I was able to extract CDR logs and found out that there was a disconnect cause value of 88 which means "Incompatible destination".  What my concern is that do i need to adjust anything on my gateway?

Thank you for all appreciate you all.

Is the disconnect value 88 or D8? 88 = "Your call is blocked", D8 = "Incompatible destination"

Are you able to provide a full SIP debug? If it is D8, its possible the call is attempting to deliver to a lower capacity destination, like an analog line. What I have done on some ISDN links is set the bearer capability to either 3.1 or speech on the voice port.

Hi Mike,

I cannot debug my gateway in a while since our gateways CPU usage was above 90% it may crash my router, however the disconnect value is 88 "Incompatible destination", I've tried to set the bearer capability to 3.1. I will try to have a test call if this works.
Thank you
