We recently added 25 movi licenses to TMS and are able to register to our VCS and make calls. We have an older Tandberg MPS200 MCU, and when scheduling a multi-call with 3 Jabber clients, it fails. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? I can do a multi-point call with 2 jabber clients, and another Tandberg Endpoint such as a 1700MXP.

Hi Awatson,
What software revision are you running on your mps200?
You could try testing on the free adhoc mcu from www.interlinkvision.co.uk which is accessible to anyone in the world with an open standard endpoint.
The dial in details are:
H323 ID: mcu@callpresence.com
Polycom unit: 89.238.150.116##423000
Tandberg unit: 423000@89.238.150.116

We are running software J4.6 on our MPS200.

I came across the same issue.
The only way to add Jabber to the video conference with other Telepresence endpoints which use H264 was to set Conference Legacy level from 0 to 1 (or higher).
However, this made things looking ugly in Jabber although video with continuous presence started to work.
Seems to me it happens due to some issues with MCU transcoding or custom video format Jabber uses.
Please, write back if you've found any viable solution to the issue with MPS.
Thanks
Leo
