Jabber to EX60/90 or EX60/90 to CTS-500 - 1080p

Hi,

I want to make calls between Cisco Jabber ( ver 10.6 ) to EX60 / EX90 or from EX60 / EX90 to CTS ( that support 1080p ).

I was unable to get the video to 1080p ( the most the I get is 720p ).

I have the option Resolution Option Key as true in the EX.

BTW, If I make a call between the EXs I can see 1080p, or between the CTSs ( both CTS-500 ) I can see also 1080p.

Can you please advise ?

Based on the Cisco Jabber datasheet, that's the maximum video resolution it supports (720p).

Thanks, and what about the EX to CTS ?

Hi,

This would be considered a CTS interop call, interop calls with CTS systems are to my knowledge still limited to 720p and will not go to 1080p, which may be what you are seeing during your testing with the EX90.

Thanks.

I will see what I can do with that.
