We are using SONY PCS-1 equipment to conference to 4 remote offices either singularly or in multi-point conferences. We cannot send a laptop signal to these offices within our firewall. We can, however, send a laptop signal outside of our firewall (such as Goldseal Tech). SONY says we have an internal firewall issue, we say that all of the ports are open. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?
