Local Gatekeeper refused call!!!!!!!!

Dear all,

I'm using an MCU 4510 and I've configured built-in gatekeeper, and I have an issue that I can initiate call from endpoint to MCU but I can not do it vice versa,

the notification on MCU is " Local Gatekeeper Refuse the call", I check System Status on endpoint : H.323 "Registered".

then I disable Gatekeeper setting on MCU and change H.323 call from gatekeeper to direct, and I can make a succesful call form MCU to endpoint.

And I change mode again, it does not work correctly.

So , what can i do to fix the problem?

It looks like you're attempting to dial a configured endpoint on the MCU - what is the configured dial-out address for this endpoint? On the gatekeeper page, what IDs has this endpoint registered with the MCU? It would be good to attach some screenshots of these pages if possible.

I'm attempting to dial an endpoint from MCU. But I'm going home so I can't capture some sceenshoots for you right now.

I'll come back in 2 days, and I'll post something you need to solve this.

So what exactly information do you want?
