Using non-amplified cables, the HDMI can be about 3m. With amplified cables, it can be further, and with HDMI extenders, then it can be a long way.
The "RJ45" connector needs a standard Ethernet connection, so is subject to the standard Ethernet rules - ie should be no longer than 100m.
