MCU 3511 - Unknown DSCP in packets coming from the MCU's EMP interface?

The class map wasn't matching the DSCP values I had specified so I captured the data stream to and from a PC.

What I found was the EMP interface was transmitting packets with a DSCP of 3F?

I am sure I have the MCU/EMP configured to transmit packets in the AF41 class.

Anyone ever experienced this?
