MCU Permanent Conference Setup

I have setup a permanent conference for our Foundry division so that when they call into their conference calls they have to apply a pin to enter the call. This division didn't want noone to easedrop on what they were talking about so this was the best solution. Anyway this conference I setup it sits under the scheduled conference and active conference. My boss thought in reality that it could be used without it coming up as an active conference. Is there a different way of doing this? Or will it this conference always be active under the "scheduled" & "active" conference in the MCU. The conference that was set up is called "FEC Meeting." Now everything works this way but we were under the impression it wouldn't stay under active conference.

Hi Joseph.  Good morning.  Unfortunately, this is the way it will be shown.  Since it seems the conference is permanent, it will run forever, so it will show under scheduled and active since it scheduled to be permanent with no end time and date, and active, so it will never end.  Hope this helps.
