MCU video don´t work but audio work fine

hi everyone,

I am new on telepresence, my client only purchase the MCU and two P42C40 and don't purchase the VCSc and VCSe, so the P42C40 are registered on CUCM version 8.6.2 as phone. So I create SIP Trunk on CUCM and route pattern for communication with MCU (as other device).

When call to P42C40-1 from phone 9971 model I have audio and video,when call to MCU from two phones (6945 model) this work fine because have audio and MCU join the calls,  but when call to P42C40-1 from P42C40-2 (or two phones 9971 model) have audio but don't have video the screen to be on black.

I review the next links but nothing help me.

the MCU have the vercion 4.3 (2.30).

other suggestion:

- upgarde CUCM to 9.1.1

- buy VCS

- open TAC case

- what are the logs on c40 saying

- what are the traces on CUCM saying
