Media 820 Telepresence Server issues

Hi,

I am having random issues with a media 820 blade, including not been able to software upgrade. Is there anyway I can factory default this device without connecting a serial cable?

There are different versions of the TelePresence Server software based on the various platforms it can be run on, be sure you're uploading the correct one that's meant for the MM820, for example: cisco_ts_media_820_4.4_1.16.zip.

The only way to factory reset MSE 8000 blades is using the serial console port.
