Mexico DST change

As Mexico no longer observe DST all our endpoints in that region are now displaying the time incorrectly.  Is there a way to update the TMS time zone database so they display correctly?

TMS time zone data is pulled from the Windows Server that hosts TMS. Endpoints have their own time zone data and is not at all related to the time zone data that the TMS has. Are the endpoints up to date for their firmware? If not, upgrade them to their latest releases.
