Do you mean you cannot login as admin?
Do you have an SR open for this issue?

Hi,
a)can you login as admin when using serial cable? If you can, you can do a factory default by sending the factory reset command
b)are you accessing the web via http or https
c) which TC software are you running

I am not able to login as admin using serial cable but can under as root
able to access thru web portal http but gives me the "Missing Back-end" message
codec was running 3.1.4
have SR # open with TAC and they informed me they are sending me a replacement codec
think this one is totally hooped

Forgot to update, received new unit from Cisco and now everything is working
was not able to trouble shoot the cause so no resolution was found on that device
