What file do I send to my support group in order for them to "push" the Movi application file to several PCs at one time?

This is dependent on what they ask you to send, obvious they need the application itself to distribute it :-)

You did not mention if its windows or macintosh,

anyhow I would send them the link to the Movi4.2 software archive, the release notes and the admin guide:

and ask them if they need more.

Depending on your deployment and how much of the config shall be done automatically you might need

to send them more info (like your advanced settings / registry keys for movi) which they might be able to

"push" as well.

Thanks for your answer. We use the .msi file which is included in the .zip file. I was not aware of that. But thanks for your reply anyway.
