This installation has a Webex Room Kit EQ running as a Microsoft Teams Room (MTR)
The Room Kit EQ is connected via USB A to a QSC NV-31-H for audio.
I have audio in and out of the codec. i am able to adjust the system volume on the 'cisco' side of the graphics (the grey 'speakers' slider that is accessible by touching the right side of the screen), and volume raises and lowers in the room.
When I try to use the "MTR" volume, it does not change the cisco system volume slider at all. I always have audio at the same default level. If I try to lower the volume, it goes all the way down to -1. I can seemingly raise the volume on the MTR as high as I want -- I stopped when it hit '225'
I have never known MTR to have a volume range outside of 0 to 100.
What am I missing here? Is is a cisco bug? A MTR bug?
The room OS is 11.23

I have anothe customer that ran into this too. They said it is intermittent. I found there are two defects for this issue. CSCwk48828: Unable to adjust volume using +/- buttons while in MTR and CSCwk56843: Unable to adjust volume using +/- buttons while in MTR. Your SW is a little back dated but I don't know if you are using the MSFT releases or just an older Cisco Control Hub release. The full version would be helpful, for example "RoomOS December 2024, Release RoomOS 11.23.1.8 3963b07b5c5".
I would suggest a TAC case so that they can gather logs and determine if your hitting the defects I mentioned. From what I see in our internal notes these defects appear to be Microsoft defects, youshould probably have a case opened with them as well.
Let us know if you find something else out.

Hi Stevcox!
ce11.23.1.8.3963b07b5c5
I found that if i disable all other audio inputs/outputs other than the USB interface, then everything lines up again and works properly
