We were donated a MX300 G2 to help us with teleconferencing students / teachers from the U.S. to here in Tanzania. We are trying to use Webex to setup meetings but I cannot seem to register the device. When it asks for the 16-digit pin it says, "Not able to contact Webex service. A firewall may be blocking the system from connecting". I have freshly factory reset the device and have attempted to register using two different network ISPs, neither will work.
Any help moving forward would be greatly appreciated.

The error message should be very clear.
Your device probably cannot reach all the necessary IPs and / or Ports, to work proberly, because the traffic gets blocked somewhere.

What software version is it running? It will need to be one of the CE 9.15 releases to know about the newer certificate authority Cisco moved to a while back.
