Dear,
I have a Tandberg MXP 1000 (video-conference), I did a hard reset on
it to fix problem.
but now ,we can not make a call , an error message appears:
"network option is missing "
"please install a network bandwidth option "
after I installed " Tandberg MXP Software Upgrade" (s50000f9_0_2.pkg)
he ask me to enter the :
-new option key
-new bandwidth key
knowing that:
Software Version F9.0 PAL
Hardware Serial Number 13A40709
what i can do with this if you have any solution .I'll be very grateful if
you help me on this.
