hello everyone,
I have installed a Cisco Telepresense ISDN link (l1.1) and a Quick set C20 (5.1.), I am able to dial out and in, but the person at the other end cannot hear me. I have check the mic to make sure is not muted. If you could guide me a can post what configurations you need to see to help me out. There is no IP infrastructure behind it. Pretty much just the codec connected to the ISDN link and the ISDN link connected to the PBX(using an NT1). Thanks.

Hi Ricardo,
do you see green LED light on the microphone which indicates that it is powered up ? try to swap the microphone with another if you had to check for faulty microphone issue or try connecting to second microphone port.
is this issue is only to one particular site or with all sites ?

Just particular to this site, I do see a green light on the microphone but will try to swap out and try port two.

Hi Ricardo,
if this issue is for a particular far end unit, then it may be issue with far end speakers.
what is the far end unit in this issue ?

Also during the call, do you see audio been send to far end in the system information ?
