Hey guys,
We have just deployed a TMS 15.5, and we are trying to add 2 CUCM clusters into it. The CUCM 10.5.1 were added in with no issues, but when trying to add in CUCM 9.1.2, it was added but with a no https response error. Any idea why there is a such difference and how to fix it? Thanks!

I found no indications in the Cisco documentation that CUCM 9.1.2 is not supported in TMS 15.5, or that adding CUCM 9.1.2 follows a different procedure than CUCM 11. From the below guide I learned that 9.1.2 was still supported in TMS 15.2.1.

From the below guide I learned that the TCP port 8443 should be open in the outbound direction relative to TMS.

From the release notes of 15.5, CUCM 9.1.x is not even mentioned, neither in the previous release notes.

Also, from the TMS Interoperability database I do not see problems with CUCM 9.1.2.

With this said, I do recommend you to check in network level, looking for the HTTPS traffic on port 8443.

Thank you Elias for the detailed information. I will work with the network team to look into it.

Turned out it was a Microsoft updates - IE issue, as described in https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13074916/unable-access-call-manager-version-91212900-11-internet-explorer
Thanks guys

I'm running TMS 15.4 with CUCM 9.1.2 without any issues (there's nothing in the TMS 15.5 release notes about dropping support for CUCM 9 either).
If you're adding via hostname, make sure TMS can resolve it or alternatively try adding via IP address. If still no luck, check firewalls etc.
