Hi,
Our deployment scenario is End point >>>CUCM>>Expressway-C>>>Expressway-E and NATting at external firewall pointing to VCS-E. When I dial external call, call is connected but showing no incoming video message.
I uploaded diagnosis log fie for your review.
Appreciate any advise and suggest me which place should I check?

Hi yeminwin123,
I'm not 100% sure, but I didn't think that the Expresway-E should be NAT'ed on it's external interface.

There are multiple threads here talking about how NAT has to be used with the VCS-E, which behaves similar here as the Expressway-E-
Its a valid deployment but requires the external NAT ip to be set.
In addition either the second interface has to be used or also the internal communication from the -C to the -E has to flow to the external NAT ip.

We managed to solved by enabling dual network card options. So that we don't need to point to NATted IP of exp E. NAT reflection must be supported on router v or firewall to point to natted IP.
