We are running CTM 1.6.5 and CTS 1.7.0. Everyting was working fine. But all of a sudden we have a problem. The scheduled meeting does not show on our Telepresence phone. Here is what we do to create a meeting:
1) From Outlook, schedule a meeting with two rooms (Ed Center and Long Beach) and myself. The meeting is scheduled for today at 12:00pm and was created at 9:30am
2) Email is received from Ed Center room that the request was accepted
3) Email is received from Long Beach room that the request was accepted
4) Email is received from CTS-Manager user that confirms the meeting
5) In Outlook, the Ed Center room calendar shows that there is a scheduled meeting
6) In Outlook, the Long Beach room calendar shows that there is a scheduled meeting
7) In Outlook, my calendar shows that there is a scheduled meeting
8) When I select meeting on our Telepresence phone, it shows no meetings scheduled
Any thoughts?
