I am trying to help a customer to register his CISCO-DESKPRO-NR-K9 V03 (ver. 11.14.3.0) to our VCS Expressway (ver. 14.3.0). The startup wizard is no longer displaying the VCS option for server registration.
He has another device, CISCO-DESKPRO-K9 V02 ( ver. 9.15.0.13) that can register to our VCS without issue.

Have you checked, if RoomOS 11.14.3.0 still supports VCS registration?
You should check such things first, before you do upgrades / or new installations.

And what options does it show? To @b.winter ’s point: VCS is end of life and no longer supported. Expressway series (same software, different licensing model) replaced it. I’d expect there to be an option for Expressway, just not VCS.

When selecting "other options" besides the Webex registration, it only shows "Cisco UCM" and "Cisco UCM" via Expressway. Whereas the older version shows both of those along with "VCS"

I viewed the Administration Guide for RoomOS 11.14, and it shows that VCS is registration is still supported and should be accessible via the startup wizard. And there are no release notes for any of the updated versions that suggest it would not be supported.
