Hi,
i encountered this issue, after much effort on trying, still failed, could anyone help?
TelePresence SX20 TC 6.3 registers to SIP Server (Kamailio) ,
another SIP client (jitsi running on a Ubuntu) registers to the same SIP Server,
in a simple local network, no NAT or firewall involved.
When SX20 calls to jitsi, or jitsi calls to SX20, i couldnt start the video transiting to jitsi from SX20,
but SX20 can receive video from jitsi.
Call Protocol : "SIP"
Call Type: "AudioCanEscalate"
i tried xconfiguration Call Modify CallID: "id" CallType:"Video"
it didn't work even the command returned OK.
