Good Morning,
We have installed and provisioned a Spark Room Kit Plus. It is working normally (peer to peer video, joining a WebEx, etc.) but when we look at the diagnostics there is a message stating Other diagnostics check: MonitorDelay. I have searched the support forums and online, but I cannot find a reason for the error. We have changed monitors (they are all Samsungs of varying models) but that error keeps cropping up. Has anyone run into this before and know what is causing it?

Hello Jeremy - Did you find the reason of the warning message stating "Other diagnostics check: MonitorDelay. We are getting the same message on one of our Cisco spark unit.
