I forgot web interface CISCO C40 password. please any one can tell how to recover the password.

Take a look at the following discussion, password-recovery. It could be possible to reset the password, but it might require a factory reset of the codec, it depends on what the software version of the C40 is running.

With the software version you're running, you'll need to perform a factory reset of the codec. See the link in my previous reply for how to do so.
