All,
I must be missing something, I have "Enable Password Generation" turned to on for (2) seperate PE installs, but every time I create an account the password field is always blank. I am seeing this in two totally different installs.

You write "create an account". I would expect the behavior similar to the legacy
TMS Agent setup, where passwords are only auto created on an AD import.
Manual account generation = manual password setup.
I would try to get them to use AD import of accounts and also password handling via AD&VCS.

Martin,
You are probably correct, I alwasy forget that import from AD does not include passwords, so TMS has to generate random ones. For some reason I always assume that importing from AD brings username & password
