Hi team,
I registered an HDX 8000 at a CUCM 8.5 enviroment to connect to a TP deployment.
All the TP rooms and HDX are registered to the same CUCM cluster.
When I try to make a call between HDX and any CTS room only audio calls are happening.
In another way I can call a TP server through a SIP Trunk over VCS and works perfectly.
By the way, HDX have TIP license enable.
Anyone faces this issue?

What exact version of CUCM you have? I'm assuming you running CTS 1.9.x?
Please check release notes as there are some issues indeed with Polycom devices:
