Presentation issue with Edge95 mxp

Hi Guys,


One of our customers is having a weird issue while sharing presentation.


Basically, local users are not seeing remote presentations and whenever someone local initiates a presentation on the codec, the presentation is not locally visible(the remote sides sees the presentation).


I am waiting for syslogs , customer has tried different layouts with failure. We have checked with different resolutions. Is there anything else we can check?

Hi,

If your Edge 95 is setup in dual monitor mode and you are using one single monitor, you could not see any presentation ( sent locally or received from remote site ) as it will be displayed on the second monitor.

Just check General / Screen Settings / Dual monitor.

Also check General / Screen Settings / Video  / Vga out mode.
