Problem with CallManager OS upgrade File being Corrupt 4.2sr15

anyone else having problems with this file being corrupt?? the MD5 hash comes back ok

try using a upgrade assistant before proceeding .

it was due to Mcafee 8.0, would only happen when i was tring to copy the file over to a share windows would pop up and say the file was corrupt with invalid checksum

i've got sr15 installed w/o any problems
