"Maximum number of recording aliases reached" ?

One of our customers has a Content Server v6.0 Build 3528.  He is creating several recording aliases for the upcoming growth in classes.  He has SIP turned off but is getting "Maximum number of recording aliases reached" after creating the 23rd one.  Aren't you able to create unlimited aliases with H323?

Haven't got v6, but in the earlier version you'll have to configure the TCS as "Gateway" not "Terminal" for this to work - I suspect this would be the case in v6.x as well.
