rasaggregator trunk

Cisco IP video telephony srnd says on page 8-5 that on ccm 4.1 there is trunk called rasaggregator. But I don't see on 4.13

This trunk is not configurable, as soon as you setup a H.323 endpoint as a device and point it at a gatekeeper, the CCM creates the RAS AG trunk.

see below from a show gatekeeper andpoint command

ok, so what is the trunk type require to be configured on CCM? H225 trunk or ccm automatically create a RASAG trunk in CCM? Thanks
