We have a few C60 codec, controlled by AMX NI4100 and AMX Touchpanel and will be replaced by SX80 codecs.
What do I need to integrate this new SX80 into the existing AMX controller?
Thanks,

It will depend on what your AMX panel does - if it's simply for control of the TelePresence device, then the Touch10 Control panel that comes with the SX80 may be a better solution.
If your AMX panel does other stuff (lights, blinds, etc), then you will need to get whoever programs your AMX equipment to re-write the code to work with the SX80/CE8.x software.

Someone knows how to integrate Spark to the AMX touchscreen?

If your endpoint is registered with Spark, you can still provide control via third party control systems such as AMX or Crestron.
There is a nice guide and video for this on the Collaboration Help web site at: https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/DOC-18142
