Has the "Request Tandberg Software Release Key" tool been deprecated? Every time I go to use it lately, the email response back to me is just "No License Key Retreived".
Is there some other tool I'm suppposed to be using now? Is the only option to open a support ticket with Global Licensing Operations on their web page?
To be clear, I'm using it specifically for VCS appliances with current support contracts at the moment.
