Reset IM and Presence service on Exp-C

Occasionally I will see an error in my Expressway Core related to the XMPP router connection to the IM&P server.  A restart of the Expressway has always fixed it, but I was wondering if there was a way to restart that service without restarting the entire box.

Hi Mike,

You can try the following and see if it helps:

FFrom Expressway−C, go to Configuration > Unified Communications > IM&P Servers
. Select the checkbox next to each IM&P server and click Refresh servers.
