Have run into an issue with one of our Room Bar Pros. Meeting is started, with remote attendees, local attendee connects to the Room Bar Pro using Connect to device in Webex. When they attempt to share their screen, they get Room bar pro room system is unavailable and cannot share.
Tried to have the local attendee disconnect and reconnect to the device and attempt to share, but this did not resolve. If the local attendee joins the meeting via Webex, they can then share the screen, but this can and does cause delay when sharing content that advances pages or moves.
We deploy two ways, device assigned to a room and device assigned to user. This appears to happen only in rooms assigned to a specific user. Just wanted to see if anyone has run into this issue, and/or if anyone knows if this is built into the system or can be changed via configuration settings.
