Roomkit pro on premise device has problem

Hi guys, I have a problem about my customer's roomkit pro with p60 camera

Device registed at cucm

 

If I use sip calling by Room kit pro with p60, When starting the calling(2~ 3 person)

the video and voice of other participants are entered normally,

and after an unspecified time, the other person's screen is displayed in black.
If the problem occurs, the camera cannot be controlled on touch 10 at the same time.
