SCCP analog with FAC/CMC

Are there any workarounds for implement a FAC or CMC function on a VG350 15.3(2)T SCCP analog line to CM 10.5?  The documentation states that these features only works on MGCP analog ports.

It is not possible as per the Features and Services guide for cucm 10.x

"The FAC and CMC tones play only on Cisco Unified IP Phones that are running SCCP or SIP, TAPI/JTAPI ports, and MGCP FXS ports."

Manish,

I was afraid that was the case.  Do you know of a way to implement a delay before dialing the dial sting on a sccp plar?  Non of the voiceport or sccp plar voiceport settings appear to impact the time before dialing the number.
