Scheduled meetings in CMS are not appearing in CMM

Hello to everyone,

I have CMS 3.8 and CMM 3.8. When i schedule a meeting in CMS via web app i can't see that meetings in CMM. 

I can see meetings only in case if they are active but scheduled meetings are not appearing as it was when i used TMS server.

Is it possible to sycnronize scheduled meetings to CMM ?

"Hello Genadi, from what I can tell when you schedule the meeting using CMS Scheduler component, the CMM will not know about it initially. CMM only polls TMS for scheduled meetings or then knows about the active meetings by polling CMS. " 

So it seems that it's not supported feature

Did you add all CMS nodes with API integration port at CMM? CMM should fitch all specs info from CMS database 

What do you mean in API integration port at CMM?
I have only one cms node with configured callbridge,webbridge and scheduler.

At CMM GUI >> servers , did you add this CMS node IP address with web admin port ( ex: 445)? Also at CMM GUI , CDR make sure you added CMM FQDN

Did you add  a CDR Receiver in CMM ?

 

it shold be https://<CMM FQDN>

Yes. CMS server can ping that fqdn with no issue.
