SECURITY LOGIN ACKNOWLEDMENT BUTTON

I noticed on the vcs expressway core someone has a security banner acknowledgment button prior to logging in .. '

How was that accomplished and also is there one for the VTC endpoints.  

It's a STIG on DoD network systems.

Hi,

in Expressway go to "System" --> "login page".

There you can type a message and also change the message behaviour.

For Endpoints: I haven't seen this up until now, but I don't really have a lot do with them.

For CMS: No, no such thing there.

The "Welcome Message" feature has been there for many years - I recall seeing it back in the X6.x days (2011).

Thank you ... but it's needed as the DoD STIG requires the button on all the collaboration devices for login.

But if it isn't implemented in the product, then there is no chance.

The only thing you can do is to open a feature request at Cisco and ask them to implement it and then wait and see what happens.

And if this is really needed (for whatever stupid reason^^), you have to discuss with them, what are the possible options or solutions. And then someone has to make a decision.
