When making an external call from an ip phone. The called party's caller id is showing inaccurate calling party info (An entirely different corporation information is showing up). We have changed out the phone and for a while the correct information is distributed. But now a couple of weeks later,the same issue is happening again. This is an isolated situation which is only happening from a particular office space.

Could you be specfic with the model that you are using , the load in the IP phone .The CCM version. Only this can help troubleshoot the problem.

The CCM is 3.2. The phone is a 7940. As I stated before, the phone was changed out and the problem went away for approximately one week. Now we are back at square one.
