Last week we renew service contract to c20 system, but there was problem with the serial we got from our customer and renew the contract to the wrong c20.
How cn i change it?

I would contact your Cisco partner or if you are a Cisco partner the Cisco Licensing team
to ask what they say or who they refer you to.
I am not sure how helpful they can be, as as soon as you get the new contract you could also have looked up
new release keys, ...
