We use cisco endpoints (mainly room kit plus/pros) and action button and macro to allow users to quickly dial into our MS Teams CVI.
However, i have run into a problem when our IT Security team requested that we delete the default "admin" account from our endpoints and replace it with another account not called "admin" but still with admin rights. When i do this the macro stops working with the following error below:
12:15:34[system]Runtime stopped!
12:15:34[system]WebSocket error: msg=Method not found.
12:15:34[system]Unable to set macro permissions: dial_teams
12:15:34[system]No active macros.
Therefore, is there a way around this? or a way to force the macro/websocket to use the new admin account?
