Shared content mirrored on SX-20 Telepresence

I have an SX-20 Telepresence device with two TVs hooked up.  Users typically don't use the camera for Webex meetings.  So when we join the sx-20 to the meeting, it shows the active user speaking (or their cam if it's enabled) on the one screen, and then shared screen on the other tv.  I would like it to show just the shared content on both screens.  I tried changing the monitor setup from Auto to Single, as the administrator-Guide  says on page 94 "Single: The same layout is shown on all monitors"

This was not the case.  When changed to single, it acted just like a computer would-- shows everything on the one screen, which was good, but the secondary screen was just gray-- no content on this screen.

What is the correct setting to do this?

That is the default behaviour when in call.

1st display will be to display far-end camera and 2nd display for presentation.

When not in call though, presentation will be on both screens.

I don't think you can do much about this as it will always assume the far-end participant will have camera turned on.

You may have some luck by doing some in-room control with macro customization to achieve this but I have never looked at this option as yet.
