Have a customer that has a 1700 MXP that is not working so I will need to quote SmartNet for them.
That is not a problem.
But they also have a couple of Remote Control's that are not working even after replacing batteries.
Are they covered with the unit or separately?
And can we just get then replaced?
Have not opened TAC case yet on this.

Hi Richard,
The Remote control is covered under accessories with the device. Hence, if your device is under contract, then the remote control can be replaced under the same contract.
