Software Upgrade on Provisioned EX90?

Looking to see if there is a way to upgrade EX90's  set in Provisoning - the users are work at home and some are Execs - iT would be diffcult for them to  perform the upgrade

TMS 13.2.1   TMS Provisioning Extension

VCS -C and VCSE  7.2.1

Existing EX90S       4.2.X - TO 5.X  -  would like to upgrade to 6.0.x

Hi, are the units added to TMS at all? TMS can upgrade the systems even if they are behind firewall. Only problem is that i think it is a bug that you cannot select the tc6 software for ex systems in the upgrade manager on your current version. This seems to be fixed in tms 14.1.1. Let me know if they are not added in TMS.

Hi Magnus  

The systems only show under Systems./ Provisioning / Users/  Group EX90     like you would except to find a Movi user

We have a  different groups for EX90 and Movi users
