Status is the Search History - Original is always unknown

Why is it that in Expressway, where the Status is the Search History, wherever you click, the Original is always unknown? This can be fixed?

Hi @John Dow, your question is a bit vague.  Can you please provide some more detail (or a screenshot) on what you are experiencing and what you would expect to see?

As far as I can remember, that has always (even on the old VCS Platform that pre-dated the Expressways) shown as "Unknown".  I don't recall ever having seen anything else in multiple environments that I have supported over the last 15 or so years.  So I don't believe you have any configuration issues.
